Who We Are

Sonifex manufactures audio broadcast equipment for radio and TV studios. Historically known for making cart machines ‘“back in the day” Sonifex have a large product range, including the Redbox audio interfaces and more recently the AVN range of AoIP, Dante and AES67 compatible products.

Reference Monitor rackmount audio monitors & meters, telephone hybrids, AM/FM/DAB PCI sound cards, logging recorders, radio studio mixers, talkback intercoms, commentary units, SDI embedders/de-embedders and SignalLED LED studio signs.



More recently, Sonifex have added AoIP products and released a range of AES67 compatible devices, including the AVN-Portals - multi-channel AES67 mix engines, AoIP talkback intercoms and a 1U AES67 stream mix monitor.  More at Sonifex >>

The DIO Audiophile Dante® enabled interfaces are analogue, AES3, microphone and headphone interfaces which use higher quality D/A and A/D converters to give a dynamic range of >120dB and an analogue performance 10 times better than competing products.  More >>



The Multi-Channel Dante® Audio Interfaces consist of the AVN-AI04, AVN-AI08 and the AVN-AO16. The AVN-AI04 and AVN-AI08, provide 4 and 8 respectively balanced analogue inputs and outputs to and from the Dante network. The AVN-AO16 audio converter and interface creates up to sixteen analogue outputs from the Dante Audio-over-IP networking standard.  More >>
